How will I remember what I registered for?

You will receive an electronic confirmation by email, regardless of whether you registered online or via the registration card. In addition, when you check in at the registration desk during Reunion, you will receive a personalized itinerary along with your name badge and pocket agenda.

Is childcare available?

If you need a sitter, we recommend contacting TLC for Kids, a licensed temporary child-care service. Phone: 314-725-5660.

What events should I attend?

We encourage you to attend as many Celebration Weekend events as you can. The schedule has social and educational options for you and your guests. All events (complimentary and paid) require registration in order to hold a spot for you and your guest(s). Additionally, time has been built into the Celebration Weekend schedule for you to gather with your classmates outside of planned activities.

What if I have special dietary needs?

When you register online please be sure to list dietary needs or food allergies in the space provided. If you’ve already registered and don’t remember if you listed your needs, please email medicalalumni@wustl.edu or by phone at 314-935-9713.

Is transportation available from the airport?

Please visit the Transportation page for transportation options from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

How will we get from the hotel to the medical campus?

Shuttles will be provided from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel to the medical campus on Friday.

What else should I know?

All university spaces are non-smoking, unless otherwise indicated.

Throughout the Reunion weekend, we request that all alumni and their guests wear their Reunion name tags when participating in Reunion activities.
