What is the appropriate attire for the weekend?

Daytime activities: Casual

Thursday evening: Casual

Friday evening: Business Casual

Saturday evening: Cocktail Attire

Keep in mind that spring weather in St. Louis can be unpredictable. Packing clothing items that can be layered is always a good option.

How will I remember what I registered for?

You will receive an electronic confirmation by email, regardless of whether you registered online or via the registration card. In addition, when you check in at the registration desk during Reunion, you will receive a personalized itinerary along with your name badge and pocket agenda.

Are children welcome at all Reunion events? Is childcare available?

Children are welcome at many events. However, the Friday night Class Dinners and the Saturday night Awards Reception and Banquet are an opportunity for alumni and their spouses and/or guests to gather.

What events should I attend?

We encourage you to attend as many Reunion events as you can. The schedule has social, educational and sight-seeing options for you and your guests. All events (free and paid) require registration in order to hold a spot for you and your guest(s).

What if I have special dietary needs?

When you register online or via the packet that will be mailed to you, please be sure to list dietary needs or food allergies in the space provided. If you’ve already registered and don’t remember if you listed your needs, please email medicalalumni@wustl.edu or by phone at 314-935-9682 or 877-816-2586.

Is transportation available from the airport?

Please visit the Transportation page for transportation options from Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.

How will we get around from the hotel to the medical campus?

Shuttles will be provided from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Clayton Plaza Hotel during the times when there are activities outside of the hotel (including those on the medical campus and tours at other locations).

Please check your welcome packet or ask an Alumni & Development staff member if you have questions about transportation.

What else should I know?

All university spaces are non-smoking, unless otherwise indicated.

The university no longer sells bottled water or offers bottled water at events and meetings because of the environmental impact.

Throughout the Reunion weekend, we request that all alumni and their guests wear their Reunion name tags when participating in Reunion activities.

SLSO Principals Mark Sparks and Allegra Lilly join together to perform Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto, a melodic work full of light-hearted wonder.

  • This program keeps it all in the SLSO family with Resident Conductor Gemma New taking the baton to lead the orchestra along with SLSO Principal Flute Mark Sparks and Principal Harpist Allegra Lilly in Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto.
  • This is the only one of Mozart’s compositions that features the harp and is one of only two true double concertos by the composer.
  • In Les Bourgeois Gentilhomme Suite, Strauss uses the sounds of a Baroque ensemble as a basis and transforms it with rich textures and a full symphonic sound.
