Alumni and friends are invited to nominate distinguished School of Medicine graduates for Alumni Achievement Awards. Nominees should:
- be an MD graduate of WUSM and celebrating a reunion year.
- have achieved distinguished achievements in their community or profession or through their service to Washington University Medical Center.
- have not previously received a WUSM Alumni Achievement Award. View past recipients.
In addition to the form, nominations should also include a biographical sketch summarizing the nominee’s achievements, a CV, and one letter of recommendation to be considered.
